The 10 week challenge will include 5 training sessions per week including fitness, strength training, technique training, sparring, pad work and grappling.
At the end of the 10 week challenge you will compete for your blue belt muay thai kickboxing grading. Then you will be matched with another contestant and you will compete in the Wanna Be A Kickboxer modified kickboxing fight night. All contestants will wear head gear, shin pads and 16 ounce gloves.
The course will be held at the Boonchu Gym in Burleigh where 10 times world champion John Wayne Parr trains every day.
